Ground Source Heat Pumps
Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHPs) transfer heat to and from the earth, heating and cooling buildings without burning fossil fuels. A Ground Source Heat Pump will also provide hot water using either the waste heat from your building or warmth from the earth.

How are GSHP's Installed?
More information about installing GSHP's is coming soon.
Financing Packages
Ground Source Heat Pumps are more expensive to install than conventional heating and cooling systems. (There are reasons that fossil fuel systems are so cheap, but we won’t go into that here.) But we don’t want the cost difference to stop you. We have plans that reduce – or totally eliminate – your installation costs, AND lower your total monthly outgo. Here’s how they work.
Free Installation
Once we’ve done a preliminary design of a GSHP system for your house in your state, we will guarantee your monthly heating and cooling cost savings. We will then install your GSHP system absolutely free, and take a portion of your monthly cost savings. You still end up with a lower total monthly outgo.
Cost Difference Installation
Alternatively, we can determine the difference between a GSHP installation and a fossil fuel installation and finance only the difference out of your monthly energy cost savings. This keeps your installation cost the same, but provides you increased monthly savings.
Variable Rate Installation
Oh, heck. Tell us how much you want to pay toward the GSHP installation, and we’ll cover the rest and take it out of your guaranteed energy cost savings.
