Integrated Renewable Energy is project focused. We have no vested interest in any particular technology or system. Our goal is to provide objective guidance and direction to organizations contemplating the installation of renewable energy systems for whatever purpose.
Our services include:

Integrated Renewable Energy will also facilitate group decision-making if required for successful project implementation. IRE will assemble a team of stakeholders and assist those stakeholders as necessary in reaching a consensus outcome.
Configuration and Feasibility Analyses
Integrated Renewable Energy will help you make your initial decisions by providing top-level assessments, system concepts, and cost analysis.
Every site and operation is unique. Understanding what kinds of systems will reap the greatest savings in your situation is the first step in reducing your energy costs. IRE can quickly assess your energy needs, formulate the options that make sense for your application, and render first order estimates for installation cost and operational savings.
For example, IRE recently completed a feasibility analysis for a winery in Texas. We found that the facility was well-suited for installation of a ground source heat pump that provided air conditioning for the building, chilling for the fermentation tanks, and hot water for the bottling operation. The net savings amounted to $58,000.00 per year. An option under consideration is to use those savings to install photovoltaic panels to further reduce energy costs.
Project Development
Once a project concept has been formulated, Integrated Renewable Energy will take the next step, further define the system and cost estimate, and develop specifications for the installation.
The project concept is first refined using existing models for climatic conditions, winds, insulation, ground temperatures, etc. to better define the system. If necessary, we will determine specific conditions at your site in order to finalize cost and savings estimates. We will then develop the technical specifications necessary to put the project out to bid, and prepare the bid sheets if desired.
Project Management
Integrated Renewable Energy will manage project installation and coordinate service contracts and warranties if desired.
Making certain that the project is installed properly and that any necessary service contracts are in place will ensure your satisfaction with your system. IRE has access to qualified personnel in various renewable energy disciplines who can monitor the installation and commissioning of your project, and ensure compliance with the specifications.
Financing Application Support
Integrated Renewable energy will assist you in applying for financing from banks or public agencies, or in applying for tax credits from various levels of government. We will help you identify appropriate programs and develop any required documentation to support your application.
